I am no genius and don't claim to be the sharpest knife  when it comes to rules and things like that.but it only makes sense to me that if you vote on something in a meeting and the book say's you need a 2/3 vote how do you just change it and say it is a majority vote????? something is not right about that.  I would think that the vote aint no  good right?
